Abstract

South-American countries are capable of entering into equitable, and balanced negotiations of bilateral or multilateral investment protection treaties, as independent countries or as regional block, if they hire qualified experts and negotiators that would probably take into consideration interesting proposals for States or regional blocks prepared by scholars that are floating on the Internet, and libraries worldwide. The most relevant proposals are reunited in the following article.
