Abstract
Although lots of efforts are being made in the last 5 years by MoF, RBI, SEBI, NCFE, Banks, Corporate etc., the financial literacy in India has not been sufficiently promoted via the research work, knowledge dissemination, encouraging student research, showcasing doctoral work in personal finance, and involving stakeholders. Banasthali Vidyapith is therefore organizing first international conference on Personal Finance for Women to bridge the gap.
