Abstract

Moving from the current debate on the interactions between competition and consumers’ law, the paper aims at investigating the creation and development of a market for antitrust small claims - i.e. a market in which the right to propose claims is exchangeable for money - in order to empower both consumers and competition in the EU by overcoming the deficiencies that collective actions and individual claims actions currently present.
