Russian Abstract: С началом осени вступит в силу наиболее спорный блок поправок в ГК РФ, существенно меняющий регулирование юридических лиц. О каких новеллах должен знать каждый корпоративный юрист? Какие вопросы корпоративного права останутся открытыми?

English Abstract: In the beginning of autumn the most disputable amendments to Civil Code of Russian Federation come into force making substantially different the process of regulation of legal entities. What kind of innovation should know the lawyer of corporate practice? What questions still remain without answer?
