Abstract

Medical malpractice reform is a very complex issue. It is submitted that discussions surrounding the matter should have a strong patient-oriented focus. As patients are the ones who are the most severely affected by malpractice, their interests should be decisive. It is thus of the utmost importance to consider their perspective.
