Abstract

This publication contains two parts: a complete moot court problem and an essay explaining what the problem set out to explore. Topics covered include the First Amendment speech rights of government employees; the Health Care Quality Improvement Act as a source of immunity from tort and contract damages; employment as a locus of coercion and opportunity; and the debate over dangers attributed to vaccinations and the failure to vaccinate children.
