Dutch Abstract: Deze voordracht behandelt de beperkingen die nationaal systeemdenken in codificatielanden veroorzaakt in het contracten en goederen recht betreffende professionele transacties.

English Abstract: This contribution in Dutch deals with the limitations of national system thinking in codification countries and the problems it raises regarding the transnationalisation of private law especially for professional dealings from a contract and movable property law perspective.
