Abstract
The postwar world order governed by "1945 rules" has broken down, in part because the Russians have denounced those rules by annexing Crimea, and in part because the United States is no longer willing to be the principal guarantor of that order. I explain where this leaves Israel and the United States.
Keywords: world order, United Nations, Palestine, Israel, United States, territorial disputes.
