Abstract

This article explores litigation surrounding the birth of an unplanned child through wrongful conception and wrongful pregnancy causes of actions. The differences between the cause of action for wrongful pregnancy are compared to the causes of action for wrongful birth and wrongful life. Differences in damages are also examined for each cause of action.
