Against the backdrop of Final Draft Statute of the Pan-African Intellectual Property Organization (PAIPO) (Ref: AU/STRC/522), this paper takes a look at the desirability, efficacy and practicability of an African-continental-wide intellectual property organization (Pan-African Intellectual Property Organization).
