Abstract

Against the backdrop of the TRIPs agreement, this paper discusses the law in Zimbabwe relating to border control of intellectual property rights. In particular, the paper discusses relevant provisions of the Zimbabwean Custom and Excise Act, Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, and the Trademarks Act.
