Abstract

According to a number of reports, the prevalence of cybercrime is rising worldwide. Considering the potential consequences of the phenomenon, preventing and combating initiatives must be considered of very high importance for the security, stability, and development of the global society. In this paper, we outline the proposed main objectives, technology, and activities of a Cybercrime Center.
