Abstract

This chapter presents a new humanistic synthesis of understanding human nature. Building on the emerging consilience of knowledge across the sciences and humanities, I propose an alternative model of human nature. This model is aimed to increase accuracy while maintaining parsimony to serve as a model for better management theorizing.
