Abstract

Eritrea (North East of Africa) is a young nation as it has got its independence in the year 1991, 24 May. The study was conducted at Za Er Plc textile manufacturing, which comes under MLSME category. It was established in the year 2004 under private sector and producing garments and other textile goods. The unit is having 30 skilled and 180 unskilled workers.
