A Poster on Dynamic Efficiencies and Technological Progress

Abstract

I am presenting you a poster on dynamic efficiencies and technological progress in the decisional practice of the European Commission - a legal body of the European Union. It has been distinguished as a poster at the Conference on Empirical Legal Studies at Yale Law School and was constructed on the basis of the whole decisional practice of the European Commission in the field of concentrations of enterprises from its beginning (the Regulation on Concentrations) in 1989 until 2010 (the date of the construction of the poster concerned).
