Abstract
This paper investigated India's journey in Opening Government Data through the shortcomings in the drafting and implementation of its governing policy, National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP). The article provides recommendations on overcoming these shortcomings to answer India's growth logjam.
