Spanish Abstract: En el siguiente informe se estudia y analiza desde la visión de la teoría del balancing internacional, la incidencia y el impacto que han tenido las alianzas de Venezuela con China y Rusia sobre el continente. De igual forma se estudian los beneficios que la política de balance ha dado al gobierno de Venezuela para mantenerse en el poder.

English Abstract: The following report studied and analyzed the incidence and the impact from the perspective of the theory of international balancing that have had Venezuela 's alliances with China and Russia on the continent. Similarly the benefits that balance policy has given to the government of Venezuela to stay in power are studied.
