Abstract

The objectives of this research were:

1) To study the characteristics of Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products which are One Tambon One Product ( OTOP),

2) To study the Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products development,

3) To study the using of Business Model O2O for distribution the Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products, and

4) To study the development of Business Model O2O for distribution of Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products for export.

This research used an observation and in-dept interview, collected through the producers, the buyers, the products developers and related people, consisted of 36 persons. The results showed that:

1) The characteristic of Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products is the ‘sticky rice’ processing to be as cereal,

2) The Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products development is prepared in terms of flavor in many styles, under the name of flavor pounded unripe rice, and developed in interesting packages,

3) The using of Business Model O2O for the distribution of Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products pass through the face book, the post office, the province events and national events, and

4) The development of Business Model O2O for distribution of Uncle Poem’ pounded unripe rice products for export should develop the products’ form for ‘ready to eat’.
