Abstract

The World is in turmoil. It is facing a series of complex challenges. Many are the result of irresponsible behavior - of a disconnect between governments and citizens.

Recently two unanticipated challenges with potentially grave consequences have emerged: • The perceived post-Cold-War geo-political stability is under threat. • The foundations of civilizations in the 21st Century are under attack.

A group of international experts from sixteen countries and three continents concluded that there is a need for a Moral compass for Humanity in the 21st Century. Morality means Reliability; it means equity, objectivity and truth.

Keywords: Morality, responsible leadership, politics
