Abstract
G. Michael Fenner, the James L. Koley ’54 Professor of Constitutional Law, writes about the United States Supreme Court decision of Obergefell v. Hodges, and the swing vote provided by Justice Anthony Kennedy. Fenner also addresses the legal issues surrounding the conscientious objection by Rowan County (Ky.) clerk Kim Davis and her meeting with Pope Francis.
