Abstract

English Abstract: This study consists of a critical comparative analysis of the administrative justice systems in eighteen Latin-American signatory countries of the American Convention on Human Rights. Text of the lecture given in the international conference Administrative justice: comparative and Russian contexts to be held in Tyumen on September 29-30, 2016 in the framework of the 2nd Siberian Legal Forum devoted to the development of administrative legal proceedings in Russia.

Russian Abstract: Данное исследование представляет собой критический сравнительный анализ системы административной юстиции в 18 странах Латинской Америки, подписавших Американскую конвенцию о правах человека.
