Abstract

This essay addresses the state of the field in transitional justice, framing a new Transitional Justice library, a Routledge collection suitable for teaching and researching transitional justice. The essay contrasts tool-kit approaches to transitional justice, with approaches which push at the boundaries of what the concept can cover. It suggests in conclusion ways to better understand the field.
