Abstract

It is the goal of every organization to increase its productivity whether for profit making or otherwise. It is in lieu of this that organizations strive to provide the best working conditions for their employees to make this goal a reality. In the course of doing this, it is important to note that both the employer and employees have needs which can in one way or the other affect the organizational goal. The objective of this essay is to appraise various needs of the worker and what implications it has on organizational productivity.
