Abstract

Professor Lee, the Leitner Family Chair of International Law at Fordham Law School, pays tribute to the late Professor Michael W. Lewis of Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, his friend, classmate, and shipmate. In so doing, Lee describes major debates in the current international law of armed conflict, targeted killing, and U.S. foreign and national security policy.
