Abstract

This research proposal tries to unveil the empirical root cause of the Sisyphean economic cyclicity in human history. The geo-economic approach goes well beyond powerful descriptive statistical data of thermo-energetic effects (Boltzmann/Gibbs law; Pareto power law) in the human economy which ultimately divide the societal fabric into a two class structure; it explains the hidden economic agency that causes abnormal social inequality which in turn leads to a stoppage of economic growth, in terms of productice labor and capital. The text argues that such events are not natural, but man made consequences of not sufficient insight and foresight into the working physics of social systems.
