Spanish Abstract: Este artículo consiste en una opinión ficticia del Tribunal Supremo de los Estados Unidos. La misma busca demonstrar que el problema del estatus político de Puerto Rico no es susceptible de ser resuelto en los tribunales.

English Abstract: This article uses a fictional decision from the United States Supreme Court to show that the question of the legitimacy of Puerto Rico’s status has to be answered in the political, rather than the legal, terrain.
