Abstract

We act according to the ideas we use to ‘see’. The energy in those ideas arises from the associated emotions.

We succeed if we choose ideas appropriate to our circumstance, and commit ourselves to acting them out.

Modern team leadership provides the only scientific theory of determining the KPIs in each role in a team, derived from strategy, identifying the ideal actions that must be acted out in the role for a person to be successful in the role, then linking the mind of the person to those ideal actions such that the person is motivated, committed and engaged greater than by any other system.

The result is a fully scientific system of team leadership that delivers results greater than any other system. The last system of team leadership any team leader need learn.
