Included in the issue are a keynote speech by International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, articles by Professors Linda A. Malone and Mark Drumbl and by Kerry L. Neal of UNICEF, and student rapporteurs’ accounts on sessions on the ICC’s regulatory framework, on child law, and on evidence-gathering challenges in cases involving children. These works contributed to the Policy on Children that the ICC Prosecutor issued in 2016.
