Abstract

The monograph is based on the data of the project “The Conception of the Improvement of Lawyers’ Ethics Regulation and Ethical Training” implemented by the scientists of the VMU Faculty of Law in 2012-2014. For the first time in Lithuania applying comprehensive, coherent and comparative methods the problem aspects of legal ethics, the practice of the professional honour courts and regulation of vocational ethical training are researched.

The collective publication of the authors of the VMU Faculty of Law is devoted to the community of lawyers, law students, self-governmental lawyers’ organizations, representatives of the legislative and executive branches and to the general public.
