Abstract

English Abstract: In times of (discussions about) globalisation, due attention must be given to the operation of rules of private international law. Examination of the ongoing developments in private international law itself and in private international law in its interaction with other disciplines from the perspective of "protection of weak parties" and "protection of planetary common goods" allows carrying out the analysis to which current developments invite.
