Recruitment as we see and hear today is where an Interview is scheduled and the human interviewer completes the interview process for the interviewee through tests, Group Discussions, Panel, Video Conferences and Face to Face rounds. Well, with rapid development on creation of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology disrupting each and every sphere of business operation today, days of a new automated recruitment technique emerging is not far!
