Abstract
Motion filed March 1 to file this brief in appeal concerning art previously belonging to Fritz Grunbaum, a Viennese cabaret performer the Nazis imprisoned in Dachau. The brief discusses how courts must understand the historical context of the Shoah in deciding such cases and how the HEAR Act unified statute of limitations analysis throughout the nation.
