Abstract
In order to confirm the fact that for each type of personnel training the assessment needs to be carried out with the help of different subjects, we conducted a socio-economic study of the assessment of the quality of training in the Russian company. The main objective of the study was the development of an integrated system for assessing the quality of intra-company training: training of specialists in sales, training of technical specialists, team building, aimed at teambuilding. For example, to assess the different subjects were used depending on the type of training includes analyzing the training of sales professionals (research method: structured interview), managers (semi-structured interviews), colleagues (questionnaires) and themselves trained (questionnaires). The assessment of quality and efficiency corporate trainings is due to the interaction of subjects training (a superior and immediate supervisor, work, a specialist in the personnel department, clients, subordinates and student). This approach is the most optimal from the standpoint of use of resources: in this case much less material means as organizations do not resort to services companies-intermediaries, engaged in the evaluation of business training, services which are expensive, but are internal (employees, specialists of the personnel department, etc.) and external (clients) "appraisers". Temporary resources in this social technology are also used optimal, since time is spent only on carrying out evaluative operations and procedures the assessment is carried out mainly by internal forces organization; thus, temporary resources are not spent on searches third-party "appraiser", but within the organization it is always possible to distinguish. This approach is more objective, as the evaluation is not only the deal of HR department, but also other subjects. All of the above makes it possible to create conditions for system assessment of completed training. Thus, the developed social technology of quality assessment intra-company training is extremely relevant in modern conditions, as at present many modern companies conduct corporate training and it is important for them to assess its quality.
