Abstract

Russian Abstract: В материале представлены результаты анкетирования учителей общеобразовательных организаций (школ, гимназий, лицеев) в рамках мониторинга эффективности школьного образования, проведенного центром экономики непрерывного образования ИПЭИ РАНХиГС в 2016 г. Участниками опроса стали 2206 учителей школ, расположенных в городских поселениях и сельской местности Челябинской области, Алтайского и Ставропольского краев. Рассмотрены позиции учителей по широкому кругу вопросов, относящихся к проблематике общего образования: кадровая ситуация в школах, качество преподавания, профессиональное развитие учительского корпуса, требования к современному учителю, материальное положение и социальное позиционирование педагогических работников, удовлетворенность учителей своей профессиональной деятельностью. Особое внимание уделено вопросу о том, какие качественные изменения произошли в школьном образовании в результате организационно-экономических преобразований в данной сфере, а именно – повысился ли уровень профессионализма учителей в условиях увеличения размера заработной платы.

English Abstract: The material presents the results of a questionnaire survey of teachers of general education organizations (schools, gymnasiums, lyceums) in the framework of monitoring the effectiveness of school education conducted by the Center for Continuing Education Economics of Institute of Applied Economic Research RANEPA in 2016. 2206 school teachers located in urban settlements and rural areas of the Chelyabinsk region, Altai and Stavropol territories. The positions of teachers on a wide range of issues related to the general education problem are considered: the personnel situation in schools, the quality of teaching, the professional development of the teacher's corps, the requirements for the modern teacher, the material position and social positioning of teachers, and the satisfaction of teachers with their professional activities. Particular attention is paid to the question of what qualitative changes have occurred in school education as a result of organizational and economic transformations in this area, namely, whether the level of teachers' professionalism has increased in the face of increasing wages.
