Abstract

Based on the premise that the “world’s fastest [quantum] computer will operate like a human brain”, a framework of MEANING MAKING as evident in the ‘interpretive flexibility’ of human sense-making processes is explored to contrast and compare with the ‘qubit-based’ information-processing and encryption capabilities of today’s ‘quantum computers’ for inspiring thinking about next generation encryption and decryption. Quantum Mechanics notions of ‘Superposition’ and ‘Entanglement’ evident in human sense making processes present interesting avenues for advancing ‘Cognitive Analytics’ at the intersection of Quantum Computing and Quantum Biology of the Human Mind/Brain.
