Abstract

The current level of development of Internet communications allows a relatively advanced computer user – an individual person – without leaving home and with little or no effort to initiate for himself the provision of services of interest to him. For example, the services for the delivery of the goods necessary to him. The emergence and implementation of such a relationship of paid provision of services through the Internet, which is a well-known design of the accord for provision of paid services, it is quite possible and as a cross-border transaction, when an individual person – beneficiary – located in one jurisdiction, and the provider of services in another.
