Abstract

Jain et. al. (2014) proposed a single-server finite capacity queuing system with reverse balking. The models finds its application in all fields of business, civil, and defence. They perform theoretical analysis of the model. In this paper, we simulate this model. An algorithm is written in ā€˜Cā€™ language for the same. Theoretical results of model are compared with simulated results numerically. Results are of immense use for understanding gap between theoretical and practical results of the model.
