Abstract
A total of 356 employees of the University of Mindanao rated their supervisors using a standardized questionnaire on performance evaluation of management for middle managers. Survey results reveal a very high performance evaluation of the supervisors, though non-academic ratings were found to be relatively higher than the academics.
Supervisors need to aspire to promote a positive working environment and in remaining composed during tough times, this first be done if they acquire the ability to handle the organizational problems actively and effectively.
