Abstract

The editors introduce two collections of articles. In the first collection, eight authors explore the founding (in 1983), development, and work of the AALS Section on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. In the next, nine authors discuss the ABA’s controversial standard 405(c) on the employment terms of clinical faculty members.
