Living Lean: Missy's Car Maintenance

Recent MBA grads Kate and Missy rented condos in the same building in Adams Morgan, near downtown Washington, DC. Both were new to the area, having rented their condos immediately after graduating from business school. They met while walking to the same Bikram yoga class a few blocks away.

The condo was a popular place to live due to its proximity to the Metro station and the zoo, as well as its covered parking garage. Missy usually took the subway to work, but she would drive if she had errands or knew she would be arriving home late.
