Abstract
In this research note the author presents a conceptual basic framework to introduce comparative property law in a 21st century, international and problem oriented way. This framework is used in the various courses on private law in the International Bachelor of Law Program of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In this research note this framework is presented in the form of a drawing with some explanatory comments. In a future edition of this research note more references and complete texts will be provided.
