Psychological Aspects of Activity Athlete at Implementation of Standard Playing Actions

Abstract

On the basis of psycho-pedagogical analysis of gaming activities in a number of sports games revealed the psychological structure of motor actions during the standard game situations. Along with the already allocated in the theory of sports preparation, basic and final phases of the execution of motor actions, the authors offer and justify the existence of a preliminary phase at implementation of standard playing actions. Realization of the methodical approach to the analysis of psychological content of sports activity offered by authors will promote improvement of system of training of athletes.
