Abstract

This article sets out some of the very cogent business reasons why a company should adopt an anti-corruption program. This article is intended to complement those articles, seminars and conferences that provide advice on why an ACP is important from the perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility, from a risk perspective of being caught and fined etc. . Rarely is there much advice given as to why it is also very much in the interests of the “bottom line” for businesses to adopt an ACP.

Keywords: corruption, anti-corruption programs, business benefits
