Abstract
Drawing heavily upon the corporate law scholarship of Professors Lyman Johnson and David Millon, this essay reflects upon religious conceptions of corporate purpose. More specifically, this essay addresses whether a business corporation may, may not, or must have a religious purpose by virtue of its very nature, and the repercussions of that determination.
