Abstract

In Google Inc. v. Equustek Solutions Inc., 2017 SCC 34, a majority of the Supreme Court of Canada upheld a worldwide interlocutory injunction against Google that required it to globally de‑index the webpages of a defendant in a separate intellectual property infringement proceeding.
