Abstract

In this all new edition of our text on comparative civil litigation we are pleased to have added two additional experts to the distinguished group of authors: John Sorabji of University College, London, and Rolf Stürner, Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiberg (Br.) Each of them have brought new insights and perspectives to the book. Using contemporary and classic material, it is suitable for both class instruction and academic research.
