Abstract
The primary objective of this note is to provide capital market supervisors with a range of considerations and supervisory options to act in the face of harmful but legal conduct. This will enable supervisors to decide on their optimal course of action in the face of harmful but legal market conduct, considering what is appropriate in their local regulatory context.
