Abstract

English Abstract: The paper calls for the integration of theory and practice in legal education through integrating emotions into learning process. The ideas it aims to put forward have their roots in the work of the American educational psychologist, David A. Kolb. Using the Experiential Learning Theory Model, he elaborated on, the paper demonstrates how it can be adapted to suit legal education and what the benefits are for legal education.

Spanish Abstract: Este artículo propone integrar la teoría y la práctica en la educación jurídica, a través de la integración de las emociones en el proceso de aprendizaje. La propuesta se sustenta en el pensamiento elaborado por el psicólogo de la educación norteamericano David A. Kolb. El artículo demuestra que se puede adaptar la Teoría del Modelo de Aprendizaje Experiencial que él construyó a la educación en Derecho, y las ventajas que implicaría.
