Spanish Abstract: El caso de MaquiTech permite calcular los flujos, el balance reducido y la RNC (Resta Negociada de Cuadre) para interpretar la contabilidad más ágilmente. La historia reciente de MaquiTech permite pensar en varios aspectos y decisiones de la empresa. Se plantean, entre otras, las siguientes preguntas: ¿Aconsejas a Luis Sánchez que conceda los dos créditos a MaquiTech? ¿Te parece apropiado un crédito a un año para financiar la nueva maquinaria? ¿Qué te parecen los tres objetivos de Juan: diversificar, crecer y endeudarse razonablemente? ¿Qué opinas de la adquisición de LecheNor? English Abstract: The case of MaquiTech allows calculating the flows, the reduced balance sheet to interpret the accounting quickly. The recent history of MaquiTech allows us to think about several aspects and decisions of the company. The following questions, among others, are raised: Do you advise Luis Sánchez to grant the two credits to MaquiTech? Do you think a one-year loan is appropriate to finance the new machinery? What do you think of Juan's three objectives: to diversify, to grow and to have a reasonable leverage? What do you think about the acquisition of LecheNor? The Ruiz brothers have proposed to their wealthy friend Pepe del Valle that they invest €10 million in new MaquiTech shares in March 2018.
