Abstract

The digital revolution has changed access to the public sphere in India. This essay discusses this phenomenon.

It tells stories of platforms that have leveraged modern digital technology to offer marginalized communities access to the public sphere. It also discusses the barriers to access to information, and the ways in which digital technology can be used to attack vulnerable people.
